In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of whipped cream with 1 tablespoon of yogurt or mascarpone. Add vanilla extract if using. This creates a creamy, slightly tangy base that pairs beautifully with strawberries.
Shortcut tip: If you’re in a rush, just use sweetened whipped cream or even flavored yogurt on its own.
Step 3: Assemble the Dessert
In a small glass, bowl, or ramekin, layer the dessert:
